The blouse is incredible; composed of slinky black silk, the blouse fits comfortably on the wearer. The structured shoulders are covered in an amazing black sequin arrowpoint design that parts at the center for a V neckline, and stretches down to the waist. The blouse ruches around the sequins at the waist, carving out the classic 40s silhouette of the piece. The A line skirt falls below the
