Active from 1671 to 1698. He was active during the heyday of Amsterdam silver in the Golden Age and was primarily known for his cast book fittings, but some miniatures can also be attributed to the master ID (p. 28, Dutch Silver Miniatures from the 17th and 18th Century by John Endlich). The linen press is intricately designed and functions just like a real
