Domaine du Castel 'Petit Castel' 2024 Pinot Blanc Every year 40 to 50%Petit Castel is the second wine from Domaine du Castel. Petit Castel is an assemblage of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, petit verdot, cabernet franc and malbec. Petit Castel has a deep royal purple color in the glass. It is a full bodied wine with a hint of tannin and a harmonious balance of fruit and oak. The wine is aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by about 4 months in concrete tanks prior to bottling. The wine is at its peak
