Marmelade Bergamote & lemon burrata and sourdough bread orThis marmelade has been elaborated with citruses of my cultivation, it associates bergamot, Tahitian lime, tangelo wekiwa and Meyer lemon. Like an English marmelade with generous candied citruses peels, this marmalade is full of textures and flavours : bright, tanguy and floral notes with a slight bitterness. The origin of the bergamot is vague : some think it is at the crossing of a bitter orange and a green lime, others consider it is a lemon
